Appointment Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your spa appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time.
Spa Etiquette
Lynn’s Day Spa Inc. is committed to the well being of all our clients and promise a peaceful, relaxing and nourishing atmosphere. We therefore respectfully request no children under 12 years of age. Also please refrain from using cell phones. Thank you for your consideration
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments are accepted in cash, Visa and MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
A credit card may be required to hold appointments.
All appointment times include undressing and dressing time.
Gratuities
We strive for the best service and your satisfaction is our goal. Gratuities are
always appreciated, however they are not accepted on charge cards. We also encourage recommendations and comments.
Gratuities are not included in any services or in spa packages.
Spa Finder / Spa Wish
Spa Finder and/or Spa Wish gift certificates are only valid on a la cart pricing (no packages, coupons, or other discounts) and may not be used for gratuity or prepaid services. Any amount not used on services must be forfeited. We do not reissue Spa Finder and/or Spa Wish gift certificates and they cannot be applied to future appointments.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are customized for any dollar amount or service. When making an appointment with a gift certificate, a credit card may still be required to hold the appointment. Telephone orders are accepted over the phone with either a Visa or a Master Card. Order your gift certificates online here.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
If you have a gift certificate you would like to use for an appointment, please bring it with you printed out so we may properly honor it.
Groups
Groups up to 5 are welcome. Weekend slots fill up fast, so give us a call to make your appointment as soon as possible! We are open 7 days a week, and can schedule as far in advance as you'd like.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to our staff, please give at least 24 hours notice for changing or cancelling an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments scheduled and not cancelled 24 hours prior. Groups of 2 or more may require 48 hours notice.
Discounts on Treatment Services
Treatments that have discount pricing for pre-paying for the series
must be done as recommended or regular price will apply.
Refreshments and Lunch
Please help yourself to a cup of water at any time before or after your service. Lunch may be ordered 24 hours in advance to guarantee delivery. A menu is available at your request.
Surprises
Surprising someone special with a spa package is very exciting. If, for some reason, a client chooses to not do a service, every attempt will be made to substitute with a comparable service. However, there will be no refunds for services refused.
